This is the offical breakdown of the roles of all the members within the group:

Members vs Contributors

As it breaks down, this is what members are allowed to do in this group:
-Suggest Favorites to be showcased in the Featured Gallery

And this is what Contributors are allowed to do:
-Submit Artwork to the Featured Gallery (Afterwhich I will filter them into the appropriate artist's folder)
-Suggest Favorites to be showcased in the Featured Gallery

The way that I originally intended this to break down was thus:

-All Deviants:
Can view the page.  They can watch to see what artists are submitting to the gallery, but otherwise, are complete non-participants.

-Members:
Are inactive contributors.  They either have completed a full set of 100 Themes or are stagnate and dissapeared off the map.  Personally I do not think that once a member has finished the Boot Camp, their work ought to be erased like it was never here.  I'd rather keep the work here and just let watchers and others know through their member status that for whatever reason, they are no longer participating in the Boot Camp.

-Contributors:
Our Contributors are active members.  They are submitting art to the Galleries and are currently in the process of completing the Boot Camp.  Once they finish the Boot Camp they will graduate and be moved to the "Member" status.  If a Member wishes to become a Contributor again (either starting a new Boot Camp or completing a list that they had stopped) they need only note me (Nytrinhia) or Osha-Briefs and we will change them back to Contributor Status.

A Contributor is considered inactive and removed from their active status when they have either not submitted artwork to their gallery in over a month OR they have not responded to the group checks that I periodically send out.

-Co-Founders:
100TBC has two Founders, however as there can only be one Founder, Osha-Briefs has generously taken the role as Co-Founder.  She has told me she is quite happy taking a more relaxed role in the Group, but she is welcome to take a more active role whenever she wishes.

If there is anyone who wants to be an administrator in the group to help out, they can apply and be promoted to Co-Founder Status.  Those who wish to be administrative help must either have completed a Boot Camp 100 Themes List at least once, or shown significant interest in the group and helping with it.  If you are promoted to the role of Co-Founder and either: neglect your responsibilities, abuse your power, do anything to create disharmony within the the group, you will be demoted to Contributor or Member status, or kicked out of the group depending on the severity of your actions.

-Founders:
That's me.  I run the show.  As it stands I own the group and control EVERYTHING.  I am very thankful for all of your participation, suggestions, and questions.  Both me and Osha never really expected the group to grow as much as it has. I hope to be much more active in these coming months.

-Moderators:
If we ever become a super-account, the role of Co-founders will be moved to Moderators.  I am thinking of buying a super-account for our group, but at present time, don't see any special need for it.  Nor do I have the money for it.

Submissions

A good thing about seeing what the other members of the group are submitting, is that you will be able to be exposed to artwork, ideas and even writing that you would never have normally come across.  Artists feed, work, steal and get inspiration off of each other.  And a group like this is a great way to get yourself exposed to new things.  If you'd rather not be exposed, just stop watching the deviations submitted to our gallery on your "manage friends" page.

ANYway, aside from the side note.

Please keep in mind that some artists can only submit their artwork in large groups together because of their limited access to a scanner.  Others may not have time to submit to the group except on certain days.  Some may just find it easier sitting down and submitting it all at once instead of reminding themselves every day to submit their work. Also please keep in mind that when you submit, this is going into other's inboxes, and if you have fifty items to submit, and you have time to submit on another day, you might want to think about breaking it up a bit.

All comments and suggestions are appreciated :3
